Every table enforces row-level security keyed to the signed-in campaign — not application logic that can be forgotten, but a database-level guarantee. A bug fails to zero rows, never to another campaign's data.
Maker-checker on every shilling
Expenses, cash entries, and B2C payouts all require a second, different person to approve before money moves. The person who requests a payment can never be the one who authorizes it.
